SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. How long does delivery take?
To ensure that our customers get the fresh products delivered each time, we currently deliver bi-weekly across Bangalore city.Â
2. Will I be charged extra for delivery? If so what are the charges?
If your order does not meet the minimum order requirement, you will be charged delivery charges:
The minimum order for free delivery is Rs. 500
3. You have different delivery time slots for different pin codes. Why is that?
This is to ensure that no orders gets mixed and delivery resources can be effectively maximised across the city.
4. Can I pick a delivery time slot?
Currently we are delivering bi-weekly between Saturday and Monday designed specifically to cover set of areas each day.
5. Do you deliver pan-India?
Currently No. On Adhoc basis and request basis, we do deliver few times across the states in india
6. I am getting a message saying you do not deliver in my pincode. Why?

7. I want to pick up my order from the store. Is that possible?
Currently you cannot pick up the order from the store. Our delivery personnel will deliver the orders directly to your doorstep!
8. I want certain items from my order delivered sooner. Can this be done?
Unfortunately currently we would not be able to cater the adhoc orders.
9. How will I get my delivery update status?
You will be informed via SMS/Email notification sent through website or our forms
10. Where do you ship from?
We ship the products from centralized warehouse in Hubli, northern part of Karnataka where the products are produced.
11. How can I check which locations you deliver to?
You can check on our website or the app by entering your pin code to see if we are delivering in your area
12. Which shipping courier do you use?Â
We have our own inhouse delivery service
13. Your person has come for delivery, but I am not at home. Now what?
You can inform your neighbour about the same and the order will be delivered to them. Alternatively, it can be left with your building security guard, provided this is a prepaid order. Alternatively, if your order or NOT a prepaid order, but your neighbour will pay for it, we can leave the same with them once the payment is done.   Â
14. If my order is getting delayed, will I be informed?
Yes, we would inform to you via SMS/Email notification sent through website or forms. Â

Return policy
We have a "no questions asked return at delivery and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the products delivered. We will take the returned product back with us and replace the products for your usage.
